so I'm almost finished with my adventure in Italy. I leave in a week to go back to Washington. a few days later I will be playing some shows in Missoula, Mt. check out the tour page for details. can't wait to catch up with everyone.

For December I'm back in Washington working on some new material and looking forward to Christmas.

If you live in Montana check my tour calendar for the shows coming us in the next fews weeks so you can purchase a copy early!

so we finally had that baby...
Charlie Day McLean. 7 pounds 8 ounces. born on August 7th at 4:48am.
we are so happy and Nina (my wife) is doing great.

my new album entitled "A Road to Antioch" will be available online this October. I'll be traveling around this Fall a bit promoting the new record. Be sure to check out which towns I'm visiting so you can pick a copy of the new album in person and say hello!

I'm flying to Nashville, Tn on Tuesday, June 5th to officially begin the recording for my new record. I'll be recording with Nate Mullins who created the sound of 'Heaven's Grey', my last collection of songs that released last summer. This new record, as many of you know, is a series of songs inspired by The Sermon on the Mount (matt. 5-7). I hope to have the CD available for purchase this fall. I'll keep you updated on the progress.

I'll be playing at two venues in the Spokane/CDA area this weekend. on Friday night I'll be playing with singer/songwriter Matt Russell at Caffe' Doma (5th and Sherman) in CDA, Id at 7pm. check out Matt's music at http://www.myspace.com/mattrussellmusic

on Saturday I'll be playing at the Caterina Winery in Spokane. (905 N Washington St ) the show starts at 8pm. I'll be playing with John Craigie and The Shook Twins. hope you can make it!

This is my official annoucement that I have a baby on the way! My wife Nina is 5 months with child, and we just found out today that we are having a baby boy! he is due on August 7th. so exciting...just wanted to share that.

on Sunday December 3rd at 6pm. I will be playing at Peaceful Valley Church(North of Spokane, 201 Allen Rd
Elk, WA 99009) with a few friends of mine. opening for me is Adam Miller of Spokane (www.myspace.com/bazy11)
and Steven Heafner, the one who played chello on my new album will be joining me on stage that night. this will be one of the best sounding shows that I've played just because of the dynamics between the chello and the guitar. you've got to check it out if you can.
